German Courts Reportedly Reject Plea of 96-Year-Old 'Bookkeeper of Auschwitz'

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – German prosecutors of the state of Lower Saxony rejected Wednesday the clemency plea filed by 96-year old Oskar Groening, known as the "Bookkeeper of Auschwitz," who had been sentenced to four years in prison for World War II-period crimes, local media reported, citing the prosecutor's office. подробнее:
